HI IT toolbox members
need some advice regarding about network printer,i have 3 notebook win 7 using wireless all notebook are dynamic address,a cannon 2800i printer with static IP address 192.168.1.99 ,1 modern & 1 switch .the connetion is printer lan cable to the switch & switch to computer
some notebook able to print from computer to printer & also get reply when ping the IP address of the printer ,but some notebook not able to print from computer it won't reply when ping the address of the printer
it seemed like the computer couldn't find the IP address of the printer and it couldn't print from the computer ,so this the problems i have disable firewall check the modern & switch , wireless connection & printer ip address all in good working condition but still cannot print from the computer please help
