The internet is full of health and fitness websites, that have people do crazy diets and overly complicated exercise schedules. These websites themselves are also complicated, cluttered and don't really get people going.
Programs like Insanity are hard to stick by and cost money. Other websites make you join a gym or purchase fitness items.
I gave sports/fitness training in the army and still do a lot of sports now. Combining that with the fact that I build/manage several websites, I've decided to make a very basic, clear and most of all free, online health program.
