I have a PC with Outlook 2010 SP1 with multiple (3) exchange accounts (SBS 2011 so Exchange 2010). These are as additional email accounts not added in via automapping or additional mailboxes.
Emails intermittently will get stuck in the default mailboxes outbox. This appears to occur when the user is out of the office so they are connecting via Outlook anywhere this can only be resolved by removing the emails from the Outbox, removing the additional email accounts and then re-adding them.
Email will then send again, the emails don't have any attachments. and this is happening when sending to internal and external email accounts
The (mail) profile has been rebuilt numerous times. The OSTs have been recreated. Cached mode has been disabled but still occurring, I have tried a separate throttling policy but this hasn't helped either.
Can somebody help?
