Helpdesk locks up when I try to view either ALL or CLOSED calls. Our newest call numbers are just over 4100, so I guess that we have about 4000 entries in the database.
I can view UNASSIGNED or OPEN without any issue. When I click on ALL or CLOSED, the yellow/orange "Loading..." message shows at the top and then it just sits there. Firefox will eventually ask if I want to stop running scripts on the page. (IE 9 locks up as well.)
I use the archived calls for research and need to get this resolved.
