SW community area - wrong dashboard links

A while ago I was able to browse back to dashboard, inventory etc. from community area by using upper panel bar. Right now, I can't - all links to local SW resources lead to http://localhost, which is obviously wrong. When I'm at local SW area, all links works fine - the problem applies only to community area. And yes, I'm logged on to community. Is it only me or is it some bug?
