We use spiceworks for IT support and we have 3 engineers using the helpdesk.
When a customer replies to a ticket a orange star appears on the left.
An engineer may click on the ticket to see the update.
They might then ignore the ticket becasue its not for them etc.
So the other engineer doesnt see the update because the orange star goes because the update has been read.
Any way of keeping the orange symbol on for other engineers etc?
Any ideas spiceheads?
