Out Of Office reopening/adding content to calls after fix applied

Hi, I am new to Spiceworks

I have applied the fix to stops Out of Office responding to our helpdesk calls, where I edit the Email Settings under Additional Settings, I added Out of Office|AutoReply in the Ignore Emails (Subject) section.

This has not worked as helpdesk calls still being edited with user Out of Office replies, anyone got any ideas?
