Hi I have two machines with the ARCserve client installed, they are both VM machines, if I do a full backup this seems to work and I get a RAW backup, but when the incremental backup runs it always fails with the message "E8533 The request is denied by the agent. The username and or password is invalid?
The only difference from other VM`s that backup fine is each of the 2 that fail have 2 ip addresses? why is this causing it to fail is there a way round this problem?
