Entering Labor on Assigned Tickets

I have 3 users created as SW admins in the beta install I have been using at home. Let's call the first user admin1, the second admin2, and the last admin3. If I create a ticket and assign it to a particular admin (let's say admin1 for this example), the admins are still listed in the same order when I go to add time to the ticket (click Labor link), which seems to be the order in which they were created as SW users. It makes more sense to me to default the first selection in the user list once you are inside the Labor portion of the ticket to the admin to whom the ticket is assigned (if it has been assigned). Would anyone else agree that this might make IT pros a bit more efficient, especially those running a SW instance with a large number of SW admins? I would think the assignee is the one most likely to put time on the ticket. If there needs to be a feature request for this, I will make one.
