For internet my office has one CIR Broadband connection which by help of an application "CCPROXY" is further distributed to 10 static IPs to be used on 10 different PCs. All PCs are connected via CAT 5 Ethernet cable.
For this purpose only simple network switches are used meaning no smart/programmable switches are being used. So coming to the question, yellow triangle on little PC icon in taskbar is always there with apparently showing "no internet access" on all 10 computers except the proxy server.
Now internet is working fine on all devices and this issue never bothered anyone but in recent days hotspot was needed on one laptop (windows 10) to be working and it was showing error " your PC cannot turn on hotspot as no Ethernet, WiFi connection available" because of no internet access message. Laptop is HP envy 15 with windows 10 Home...
