Helpdesk Report - Total Calls by category / Requestor

I am wanting to know if there are two helpdesk reports available that can be specified by a date range :

  • Top helpdesk tickets by category - A listing starting with the top requests for helpdesk support in order to determine the top reasons people are contacting our helpdesk -For us to better know what are the top issues to address overall.
  • Top helpdesk requestors - A listing starting with the top requestors for support to understand the people or locations that have the most problems and may need additional training or additional focus to solve their constant problems.

Sorry if this has been asked before. Just getting up to speed here, and will appreciate any feedback / assistance.
