I have 2 of these storage devices that we took out of service over the summer when we built a new VMWare cluster. This actually happened just before I started here, so I have never used them.
I want to reuse on for redundant backup storage from my Unitrends appliance. I am having trouble connecting to it using the Dell Software. I can console into it, but when I enter the setup it fails.
The service agreement was cancelled on these when they were taken out of service.
Any suggestions?
