Hi All,
Just a quick question as I'm having trouble connecting to the draytek 2860n router of a customer I support, the only way I can connect to it is locally by connecting to a local pc in their office via Teamviewer.
I've already enabled remote management and have input my public IP address but I still cannot connect through, I've also allowed my IP through the firewall (not sure if that would even make much difference as I just want to connect to access the router remotely)
Any ideas of help would be much appreciated!
