I'm in the middle of a virtualization project and I have a big problem: vCenter Converter SUCKS and I'm terribly behind schedule. Estimated time remaining for a 400G server: 2 days and 3 hours. Need to convert 4 physical servers. I've been reading and there is a lot of people with the same problem. I have done a lot of tweaks to vCenter Converter without luck. Can you please recommend me a good and reliable P2V solution? I've heard something about Double-Take Move... Please help!
