Can't Access Spiceworks Profile

I have 4-5 helpdesk admins on my server. I logged into all of the accounts and changed the account settings to stop all of the emails from Spiceworks (news, tips, etc.). I was able to do this for all accounts except one.

When I log into the trouble account and click on My Profile - it takes me here:

Back to the "main spiceworks" community login (not my server).

I deleted the account and added it back. I tried this in 2 different browsers on 2 different machines. Why do all of them work except for one?
