gpo not applying in different subnet

HI All

I have problem in applying GPO in my network .i have use vlans in my network .

My problem is any gpo not applying diffident vlans .my AD server in server vlan ,using subnet 172.24.xx.xxx , My gpo apply in same vlan but not apply other vlan ,

Desktop join, domain success fully any different vlan but GPo not applying

Pls help me
