How to install IE9 32 bit to window 7 64 bit?

How to install IE 9 32 bit to window 7 64 bit. Soon, my office will be using window 7 64 bit but some system/application are require IE9 32 bit?

I would like to know how to install ie9 32 bit into machine window 7 64 bit.
