Exchange 2007 -> 2010 Public Folder replication issue.

I recently tranisitoned our Exchange environment from 2007 -> 2010. Each Server is configured for the HT,CAS,MB. Once all mailboxes were migrated over, I began PF migration/replication with the following cmdlet: .\MoveAllREplicas.ps1 -server -newserver . The command completed without any errors, however when I perform the cmdlet,

get-publicfolderstatistics -server and compare to the cmdlet

get-publicfolderstatistics -server 95% of the PF's are still on the Legacy. It has not transferred all the PF's to the new server. Any ideas as to why it would hang or not transfer the rest?
