So like many others, we are finding ourselves in a position we have not expected due to the coronavirus.
We are a social services organization that has a small team of 4 agents in the field whose job it is to help people apply for government benefits (think seniors, the disabled, etc, who would otherwise have a hard time navigating the online application). Typically our people work at public libraries where a client will sit with them and our agent will walk through the online application on our agent's laptop.
As you can imagine, this involves closer contact than one would like with a pandemic going around.
For that reason, we are looking at options to move our agents out of the field and transition to a phone service temporarily. We are thinking we could have clients call our agents and our agents could fill out the online application...
