Error Scan

I have a workstation on my network that spiceworks detects as an error scan. I have disabled the firewall, and rebooted the workstation. In spiceworks when I check for errors I see this machine, as an error then I will click on manage accounts, but when I do that I get this error: Initialization failure #80041014. Does anyone know how to fix this error?
