We're on 6.2 with AD integration having some strange login related issues on the user portal. It seems if users are inside the same subnet as Spiceworks their authentication is passed seamlessly - that is if they load the portal they're automatically logged in.
From outside the subnet, but still on the domain (over the WAN), they will receive an login popup. If they log in here it works fine. If instead they click cancel then there's a login on the page instead. Again - they can log in there just fine.
We've yet to set up the fully public facing URL so I haven't tested that scenario but I'm betting it would look like #2.
I would prefer to have only the form based login on the page, and not have the popup. Is there a setting that controls this? Can the portal page code be edited directly to prevent the popup? Thanks!
