I was trying to get some cell phone accessories, a few wireless sleeves and chargers. So I went to the carrier's website, thinking I could just order them with a corporate credit card.
I built the cart, and did the checkout process. At the end of the checkout process, I got a question "For Security Purposes": "What name has this account been recently associated with?" And then it gave me an option of four completely unknown names, plus "None of the above." I had no idea if it meant the credit card account. But that would make no sense, since it's a corporate card. Besides I've never seen that being asked for credit cards.
I chose None of the above. And clicked next. "We're sorry, your order could not be completed at this time."
But apparently I could contact customer service. So I did via the webchat. The CSR said that it is normal for orders to be put on hold.
After trying for 45 minutes, the CSR gave up. I have no idea what the problem was with the order, but apparently it just wasn't going through.
