Hey everyone. I have a client I just installed a new Elastix VoIP pbx system and they decided to use the built in email system as well. I got MX records correct, RapidSSL cert is installed and configured, postfix is configured and setup to use TLS/SSL using the system RapidSSL cert. I got the users setup in the system and all their mailboxes connected and mail works inbound and outbound.
I went to forward the IMAP ports 143 and 993 (SSL) and tried to connect a user's iphone to the external fqdn and it refuses to connect. I went into the log and saw where the user was authenticated and shows the iphone connected, but on the phone after a minute or 2 it pops up saying it can't connect thru SSL and it would try nonSSL. Then a minute or so later it pops up saying it can not connect to the server.
Has anyone messed with this before and gotten it to work?
