I am trying to set up a remote site but I keep getting Server not responding.

I am trying to add a remote site to my current SW install. I have all the settings correct but I am still unable to get the new remote site to see the Central Server. I have checked to make sure all the ports are open and I am able to access the CS webpage from the RS and vice versa. I am at a loss as to what else could be the problem.
