Our organisation are on the verge of rolling out MS Office 2016 in our XenDesktop 7.13 environment, we are presently using MS Office 2010.
An issue has been identified in our test environment where a user accesses the Office 365 online portal, opens OneNote Online, and then clicks "Open in Desktop". The first time this is done OneNote opens and syncs any OneNote Notebooks. At log off the OneNote cache is being written back in to the users UPM Profile.
When the user next logs in the profile is loaded, including the OneNote cache. If you then access Office 365 online portal, OneNote online, & click "Open in Desktop" the following message appears -

So, the cache is created in the profile. At logoff it's included in the profile. When you login I can see that the cache has been included in the profile and loaded on the server. So why is...
