Currently in the Exchange Admin Centre for Office 365, there's a banner informing users that this functionality is being retired.

Currently, when a user leaves, their account is placed on hold and data retained for X amount of days for legal purposes.
The function is being moved into protection.office.com
I want to assign permissions for some staff to set these holds up at the beginning of next month, but I want to assign them in a least permissive manner. At the moment I can't see a permission to grant access to this function alone, and to strip out of rest of the functions such as DLP, Records management, Information governance, Data privacy, and all of the rest of the admin things you don't need to grant access to.
Has anybody set this up yet? If so, please could you reply with which group can I use that will give then eDiscovery core...
When we called Microsoft to report that below article in not working, we were told that Read Only delegation when it comes to shared mailbox in O365 is not supported. At the same time we can see articles from MS that says this is supported in Exchange online. Just wanted to know if you were able to get it to work in your environment.
When we run dsregcmd for certain windows builds we can not SSO and MDM links are missing, therefor those machines do not show MDM on the portal and we are not able to manage them.
Just wanted to know if you have seen this in your environment and what the solution would be?
We recently discovered an issue with Outlook classifying legitimate Emails as junk. Valid emails from clients as well as emails from within our organization were being sent to our junk folder.
Here is the header of such an email.

I'm trying to settle a compatibility question between a Dell AC511 soundbar and a Dell P2018H monitor.
I'm looking to purchase some Dell Optiplex Small Form Factor PCs, with an all in one mount stand, a monitor with USBs on the side, and a soundbar.
The dell person I'm dealing with is saying that the soundbar is not compatible with the AIO stand. However, looking at the various dell product pages, it suggests that the soundbar can mount directly onto the bottom edge of the monitor.
What I need is a solid answer to, does the AC511 soundbar mount to the bottom of the P2018H monitor?
If anyone has a P2018H monitor and can take a look at the bottom of it, then that would also be great.
I have created a TS that installs Windows 10 Pro (1909), a few apps and enables BitLocker; however, the BitLocker step fails. The drive shows up as encrypted, but with an exclamation triangle. The BitLocker Control Panel applet states "Bitlocker waiting for activation". manage-bde -status shows the drive as encrypted:

The TS step is the default "Enable Bitlocker" one as follows:

And my customsettings.ini contains the following BitLocker related parameters:
I have a Dell Precision 490 and i cleaned it with a Plower but after i cleaned it, It keeps shutting down by itself after 1 hour every time i turn it on, So i'm not able to use it since this issue happen. If someone please could help me with this issue, I will appreciate that. Thank You,
I would like to ask your opinions and if you know a MDM solution that provides remote management, policies, remote app instalations ! But i need something that can support from Windows and Mac based machines and mobile phones (Android and Apple) under one MDM software.
I search on the internet for a few but there is always something missing, like it's only for computers and not phones or vice versa !
Do you know a platform that have this kind of support ?
I'm trying to renew the subordinate CA certificate since we've had to renew the root to allow us to issue certificates longer than 2 years. I'm getting this error:

certutil -renewcert reusekeys
CertUtil: -renewCert command FAILED: 0x8007139f (WIN32: 5023 ERROR_INVALID_STATE)
CertUtil: The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation.
I have a ticket with MS but they're taking a week to reply between emails. We believe there may be a current renewal already in-progress however we have no .req to complete this.
Can I cancel this renewal and start again or reissue the .req?

I want to know how to transfer data from USG to PC - without dicom. The machine has ethernet port, but in the network settings, it shows that it can transfer only using dicom over network and I don't want to use that.
The machine has USB port and I am thinking of transferring via USB. I have two options:
Option 1: Using a USB to USB cable - attach one end to USB port of USG machine and other end to PC. But I found that for this, drivers are needed and I don't see there is option to install drivers and other software in the machine. I don't even see the desktop.
Option 2: Using USB to Ethernet adapter - for this no drivers are needed. But I want to know how to assign IP address and port number to the machine. I have TCP receiver on the PC, but it needs IP address and port number to connect.

What is the best way to institute something like this into a Powershell script? Ideally my user would be able to do !Whatever in any text box and get a print out of that glossary definition and then get put right back where they were. I was also hoping there was a way to use /! /+ user input to create a dynamic variable. So for instance if they typed in !America then it would load $America or !Britain then it would load $Britain hopefully without having to build a huge Switch function that gets repeated for every time the user is able to input text.
Using Office 365 we have a user that has been set up for sage crm impersonisation (part of which is allowing basic authentication. The user has been set up and logged into Outlook on the server with no problem.
I was then asked to change the password on the account which I did (in the 365 portal).
Now Outlook will not accept the users password although it will accept the password in order to activate office.
I have cleared out credential manager, reinstalled Office and even set up the user on a different, new PC, Outlook will not accept the password even on the new PC. the same username and password can log into the portal and access outlook there without issue.
I have tried resetting the password again and it's still not working.
I have attached a 4TB external hard drive for taking auto
backup every night. I tested and restored one file last week and It was working
fine. I had more than 70 copies of backup on the external hard drive and quite enoughspace but now I can only see 4 backup copies. Even thought, I have quite enough
space in external hard drive so far. I don’t know why it is not showing the other
copies of backup. Attached it snapshot.
Please share your experience, instructions and comments.
Hello, all of my fellow employees are getting a warning, "CAUTION: This email originated from outside of the organization. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe" starting a few days ago. We use Microsoft 365. We're new users to MS 365 - is there a way to lower the security warning? Many people are complaining that they can no longer read the small blurb what an e-mail is about since this message takes up that space.
So recently we found out we weren't getting email alerts or emails with voicemail attachments anymore. I called our phone support team and the first thing they asked us is to verify if the server hosting the voip phones can see SMTP(smtp.office365.com) traffic leaving our firewall.
I access to the server, it's just a simple Windows 2012 R2 server but I have no clue what firewall we're using to look and see what our voip support wants. Any advice on this?
